Collaborating with you to design a bespoke wedding ceremony that reflects you as a couple, as individuals, your journey, memories, special moments and what you hope for your future.

Big or small there is no reason to compromise on the special moments of sharing your dreams and your story with those you love and respect most on your wedding day.

Whether you have dreamed of your wedding day for as long as you can remember or simply since you said “YES” I am here to ensure my contribution to your wedding day is as perfect as you have dreamed; providing a comprehensive catalogue of readings, rituals or fun additions that add meaning to your ceremony.

The Process.

I offer an obligation free first meeting so you can meet me to decide if I am the right fit for your day. Once you have we locked in your date, you complete your Client Agreement and pay your deposit.

Then we get down to the nitty gritty, I will email you a questionnaire for you both to complete, organise to meet again (in person or via video call) for a more in depth discussion so I can get to know you both better before writing your wedding ceremony. We can also take this moment to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), and discuss the other legal requirements.

On to my favourite part - collaborating with you to create the perfect ceremony. Integrating the readings, personal moments and rituals you have chosen, providing unlimited emails, phone calls or video chats as required to ensure everything is to your complete loving!

A wedding rehearsal is available at no additional cost, simply to ensure everyone involved feels comfortable with their role; we will take this opportunity to sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment and so i can sight your original identification.

Leave it all in my capable hands.

I will ensure all the legal requirements are completed before, on the day and after to ensure your marriage is legal and registered. I utilise QLD BDM online portal to register all my marriages for fast registration (usually 2-10 days).

I provide a Behringer PA system for music and the ceremony, microphone, table and chairs for signing and signing table styling pieces if required.

I will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your ceremony to ensure everything is ready and to help with any last minute questions or nerves and will liaise with your photographer to ensure all the special moments are captured “on film”.

Provide you with a personalised copy of your ceremony, vows and keepsake Marriage Certificate and a couple of small gifts that will remind you of your wedding day.
